Our destinations so far will include the following:
- Arrive Chennai 4th Feb from 2 days in Singapore
- Arrive Pondicherry 5th Feb.
- Calcutta ( no dates as yet)
- Varanasi (no dates )
- Return to Pondicherry
- Stay in Mahabalipurram a few days
- Depart Chennai 4th march for flight to Singapore
- Arrive Cambodia Seam Reap 5th March
- Return home via Singapore 15th March

The weather here is ghastly - every day for the past week has been over 35 and the forecast for Sunday is 44!!! A/Conditioning will be on AGAIN!
Politics here continues to be the usual with Malcolm hounding Kevin about giving away all the money! No surprises that Malcolm is being a killjoy - leopards do not change their spots.
New computer is coming in a couple of weeks - bigger screen - goodie! We will be even more addicted.
Hoping to get to see "Doubt" today or tomorrow - have seen Ben Button (both loved it) and Slumdog Millionaire (both loved that too).

ReplyDeleteI also just found out how to send you messages. The photos look great I wish i was there. Even Singapore, not my favourite country, (The Procrustian democracy,) looked interesting.
Weather wise you are not missing a thing - today Saturday has been as hot as I can remember it was up to 45 degrees on my verandah and really not much cooler outside. And, they say, as hot even hotter tomorrow before, thank God or gods or whoever, a southerly change.
It was so hot I went down to buy a portable air conditioner for my bedroom really thinking they would have sold out. But no I got one and am sticking to my bedroon for 2 days with it on full bore.
As you know your next Kevin payout is being help to ransome by extremely responsible forward looking Malcolm who seems to forget he is not in government. Anyway maybe the minorities will pass it.
