I suppose this blog should be re-named as a Phlog, more photos than blog.
The reason for this is we are yet to find a comfortable internet cafe, it's either perched on bar stools or in a steam bath. Maybe when we get to Calcutta (next stop) we will find a decent place.
We have heard about the terrible fires back home by logging on to smh.com.au, nothing much in Indian papers that we have seen. Thank goodness for SMH.

It's Warren's birthday today - he is very pleased to have reached 66 (his dad died at this age and he has always had the superstition that he might not make it past that age!) So we are celebrating by going to a play tomorrow night at the Belvoir - it's called Baghdad Wedding. It's had excellent reviews so we hope that it is as good as reported.
The rain continues - we have had heaps so that has been lovely although we are running out of undies!! Have to do some washing soon.
